The 3rd International Symposium on Radio Systems and Space Plama (ISRSSP'13) provides a scientific forum covering the topics of URSI commissions C, G, H (toward space plasma) and Space Solar Power System (SSPS). URSI appears to be the scientific body coordinating this research field on an international basis, providing also a platform to researchers from academia and industry to discuss challenges, solutions, ideas and experiences related to the mentioned fields. ISRSSP 2013 is organized as an event under the auspices of URSI and will take place around a year prior to the 2014 URSI General Assembly. The symposium brings together influences from all commissions mentioned above. More exactly, the scientific program of the symposium is concerned with the international development and application of broad range of aspects.

(ii) Trans-Ionospheric Propagation
(iii) Methods for Analyzing Non-Linear Interactions of Space Plasma
(iv) Radio Science Aspects of SPS Systems


The ISRSSP’13 International Program Committee is soliciting the contribution of technical papers that relate to the areas of the URSI Commissions mentioned above, which areas are detailed in the Call for Papers.
